In Our Facilities

LOCATION: WE HAVE OUR OFFICES AT SAN FRANCISCO 657A, OFFICE 12B, COL. DEL VALLE, DELEG. BENITO JUÁREZ,
MEXICO CITY 03100

EACH OF OUR CO-WORKERS HAS BEEN PROVIDED WITH THE FOLLOWING EQUIPMENT:

  • PLASTIC PROTECTIVE FACE GUARDS
  • FACE MASKS
  • ANTIBACTERIAL GEL
  • GLOVES

OFFICES ARE CONTINUOUSLY CLEANED AND DISINFECTED TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR CLIENTS
AND CO-WORKERS.

AND ARE EQUIPED WITH THE FOLLOWING:

  • ENTRY MAT WITH LIQUID SANITIZER
  • TERMOMETER
  • ANTIBACTERIAL GEL
  • SANITIZING SPRAY FOR INDIVIDUALS
  • SURFACE SANITIZER

PROCEDURE:

BEFORE ENTERING THE PREMISES:

  1. Employees and visitors must disinfect their shoes before entering.
  2. Apply antibacterial hand gel.
  3. Their body temperature will be measured; if above 37 degrees, entry will be denied.

ONCE INSIDE THE OFFICE

  1. Hands must be washed or disinfected every two hours
  2. Maintain SAFE DISTANCE between persons.
  3. Disinfect common areas after use (bathroom, kitchen, etc.)
  4. Before leaving the office, disinfect work equipment.
  5. Do not share personal or office items.

Classroom Language Courses


  1. All material brought by SLE to classroom facilities will have been previously packed and disinfected.
  2. The teacher must always wear a face mask and have available a protective face guard and antibacterial gel.
  3. The teacher must show negative results of a COVID-19 quick test.
  4. Before the start of classroom classes inside the client’s facilities, SLE will make sure that the company has in place
    safety measures to protect the students, such as:

    1. A classroom area with sufficient space to maintain a 1.5 m separation between students
    2. Guarantee that the classroom area is disinfected before and after use.
    3. Have available antibacterial gel at all times.

Students will be asked to make the commitment of informing SLE if they present any COVID-19 symptom or if
they were in touch with any person diagnosed with such disease.

COVID-19 PROTOCOL FOR ONSITE INTERPRETATION SERVICES:


  1. All material brought by SLE to the facilities will have been previously packed and disinfected.
  2. SLE staff (interpreters and technicians) must wear a face mask at all times and have available a protective face guard and antibacterial gel.

SLE personnel must show negative results of a COVID-19 quick test.

Before the start of the interpretation service in the client’s facilities, SLE will make sure that the client has adequate
safety measures in place, such as:

  1. Area with sufficient space to maintain a 1.5 m separation between participants (if this is not available, the client must
    inform SLE and accept responsibility for such condition).
  2. Provide a work area that allows technicians and interpreters to maintain safe distance.
  3. Guarantee that the event area will be disinfected before and after use.
  4. Have available antibacterial gel at all times.

OUTSIDE SLE FACILITIES

Employees accept the responsibility to undertake all necessary health
and safety measures to preserve their health and that of their coworkers:

  • FACE MASK
  • ANTIBACTERIAL GEL
  • PROTECTIVE FACE GUARDS
  • GLOVES
  • MAINTAIN SAFE DISTANCE

Continue with social distancing measures, to avoid contact with persons that may have contracted the virus.

Employees must report immediately if they have any symptoms or were exposed to someone that suspects having such illness.


IN CASE OF SUSPECTING CONTAGION WITH COVID-19

  • It is the responsibility of the employee to inform SLE immediately if he/she believes to have contracted COVID-19
    or has been in contact with someone that suspects having such illness.
  • The employee will undertake a COVID-19 test and isolate him or herself until receiving the result.
  • If the test is positive, the employee will stay home until full recovery.
  • A quick COVID-19 test will be performed on work colleagues to obtain assurance that no other case is active
    inside the company.

VISITORS TO SLE’S OFFICES:


All visitors to the premises must follow the approved safety protocols. Spare face masks will be available at the entrance
in case a visitor does not have one.

No visitor will be allowed entry without a face mask and following the aforementioned protocols. If required, SLE will ask
for a quick COVID-19 test, to safeguard employee safety.

Visits to Clients


All SLE personnel must have taken a COVID-19 quick test before visiting clients. Likewise, they must wear a face mask at all
times and carry antibacterial gel.

Translations

COVID-19 PROTOCOL FOR TRANSLATIONS:


  1. Although most of translation services are done remotely, if SLE must deliver physical documents to a client, the package
    must be disinfected and the person responsible for delivery must wear a face mask and carry antibacterial gel.
  2. If the translation is to be delivered though a parcel service, the client will be notified that it will arrive in such manner.
