Documents to be translated are received / instructions are sent to be translated in a CAT Tool

Each translation is assigned to the subject matter expert translator

Customer provides all reference materials such as TM or glossary to maximize quality

Translator performs the service and applies its own quality assurance review

Proofreader performs the quality assurance review of the translation and makes corrections if necessary
