Simultaneous Interpretation:
The interpreter, located in a hearing booth, listens with a headset to the speaker and immediately talks in another language through a microphone. This type of interpretation is used for large events and conferences.
Consecutive Interpretation:
The interpreter listens to the speaker’s remarks for a brief period, takes notes and then interprets the full segment in the target language. Consecutive interpreters are also requested to support visits to industrial facilities, diplomatic conversations, and business trips, among other business situations.
Remote Interpretation through Zoom:
We use the Zoom video conferencing platform, that allows for interaction at a distance among speakers, interpreters and the audience. Interpreters are assigned a channel through which they talk in the target language. Likewise, the audience can choose among various language channels, to select the one it prefers.
This means that the speaker can be interpreted into one or several languages simultaneously.
